VERSE is the native governance and reward token of Verse DEX. You earn VERSE by trading on the platform (trading rewards), providing liquidity (LP rewards), referring users (referral rewards), and participating in governance. VERSE can be staked for additional yield and locked for boosted APY and voting power.

Verse DEX uses a Concentrated Liquidity Market Maker (CLMM) model. Instead of spreading liquidity across all prices, LPs choose a specific price range to concentrate their capital. This means higher fee earnings per unit of liquidity provided — typically 5–10x more efficient than traditional AMMs. You can earn up to 31% APR in the top pools.

Verse DEX offers three staking products: (1) Liquid Staking at 7.2% APY with instant unstaking and auto-compounding. (2) VERSE Vault at 18.5% APY with a 14-day lock, rewarding in VERSE. (3) Governance staking at 12.1% APY — lock VERSE for up to 4 years for boosted yields, voting power, and fee revenue share.

The Verse Burn Engine is a community-driven mechanism that permanently removes VERSE tokens from circulation. Users can ignite burns to reduce the total VERSE supply, creating deflationary pressure. Burns are recorded on-chain and viewable in the Burns section of the protocol. This mechanism is designed to increase scarcity and long-term value.
